Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping within South Africa
We arrange deliveries through Bob Go, selecting from its network of courier partners based on your delivery location.
- Orders below R850: R110 flat delivery fee.
- Orders of R850 or more: Free delivery within South Africa.
Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Cape Town: 2–3 business days.
- Other areas within South Africa: 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and exclude order processing.
International & SADC Delivery
For delivery outside South Africa, including Namibia and other SADC countries, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability, courier options and shipping costs.
Complimentary delivery does not apply to international orders. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are payable by the recipient.
Delivery Delays
Courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we’ll keep you informed and assist with updates.
Tracking
Your dispatch email will include tracking details so you can follow your parcel through the selected courier’s tracking portal.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact rauna@nmartin.co.za with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the packaging and affected items.
We’ll investigate with the courier, assist with any claim and keep you informed of the next steps.
