Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Upon dispatch, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Timeframes
We use The Courier Guy for reliable deliveries within South Africa. Standard shipping rates apply:

• Local (within Cape Town): 2-3 business days
• National (other regions in South Africa): 3-5 business days
• International Shipping (Outside South Africa / SADC)
  Shipping rates for orders outside South Africa (SADC) may vary, as a different courier method is used. For accurate shipping costs, please contact us before placing your order.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to external factors. We will notify you if your order is impacted.

Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided via The Courier Guy’s portal.

Lost or Damaged Packages
NMARTIN is not liable for lost packages once they leave our facility, but we’ll assist in tracking and filing claims with The Courier Guy for any lost or damaged items.
