Thank you for choosing N | MARTIN for your accessory needs! We’re committed to ensuring your pieces arrive in perfect condition and complement your amazing style.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original N | MARTIN packaging, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The item was shipped to an address in the South Africa or Namibia (we are unable to accept returns from other international countries at this time).
Return Process
- Email us at info@nmartin.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We will guide you on how to ship the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, sale items, and customised products are non-returnable
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the timeframe, please check with your bank, then contact us.
