What jewellery can I find here?

Explore earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets and bangles. Each product page shows the available colours, sizes and details for that piece.

What are your jewellery pieces made from?

Materials differ by design. You will find the composition and finish on each product page, including whether a piece uses stainless steel, brass, resin, wood or plating. If you need a detail confirmed before ordering, contact us at info@nmartin.co.za.

How do I choose a size?

Check the size options and measurements on the product page. If you are deciding between sizes or need help with fit, contact us before placing your order.

Do you offer customisation?

Customisation is not currently available for the pieces listed online.

Orders and delivery

How long will my order take?

Processing and delivery times depend on the item and destination. Our Shipping Policy has the current timeframes and delivery information. We will send tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Current delivery offers and any qualifying order value are shown in the announcement bar and at checkout. The Shipping Policy explains how shipping is calculated.

How will my order be packaged?

We pack each order for transit. If you have a packaging question, contact us before ordering.

Can I return an item?
